I plan to be out again at 9am for a 35 miler at level 3ish pace; therefore should be back by 12:00. Please feel free to join.

I m anaged to meet up with one of my old cycling groups in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday.

We did 100k with an average of 28kph but only around 800m of climbing.

Trouble was towards the end it was 34 degrees and I was getting so cooked that my heart rate was skyrocketing.

I'm already dark tanned after 3 rides in the day

how's the cold going?

Don't know about being dark tanned - all I know is that when I went out this weekend I was blue with the cold
