Addington Addington Loop
Type: Off-Road Ride
Distance: 9 miles
Difficulty: 3
Route overview: Hayes - Keston - Addington - Spring Park Beech - Hayes.
This is a very quick route that can be done in under an hour. (As it's a loop, you can go around again, again, and ag...) It's easy to follow and has some gentle climbs and a couple of cracking quick downhill blasts at Addington. There is plenty of scope for alternate paths to elongate the route.

Keston Church Keston Church Loop
Type: Road Ride
Distance: 6 miles
Difficulty: 2/3
Route overview: Hayes - Keston - Hayes
This is a good route for beginners/intermediate level riders. It takes you quickly into the country lanes, has a short climbing section in the middle and lets you freewheel nearly 2 miles back to the start. This is all on road so be aware of traffic and look out for horses.

A superb rural route all the way down to Brighton, taking in Devils Dyke instead of Ditchling Beacon.

Route overview: Hayes - Downe - Spinning Wheel - Pratts Bottom - Farnborough - Keston - Hayes
Suitable for all types of bike and rider from beginners looking for a challenge to fitter riders who want a quick blast. Watch out for horse riders! A ride mostly on country lanes and quieter roads. Use the cycle path alongside the A21.
